Orders placed online are only delivered and fulfilled on business days. (Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays.) Please also allow 3-4 business days for processing. Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once they are in processing status. All orders must be billed and shipped to locations within the United States. Service to P.O. boxes or rural areas may require additional shipping time regardless of shipping method.
If a package is lost or stolen after we ship it, which does occasionally occur, Rancho Organics cannot be responsible if the tracking information lists the order as “delivered”. This means the courier service delivered the product to the address specified, and we cannot be responsible once it has been left by the courier. Please note that Rancho Organics is not responsible for errors of USPS or courier services, or if you provide or confirm an incorrect address. It is therefore very important that you ensure that the address you give us is correct, as any mistake could delay delivery and will entail extra expense to you.
International shipping: We are currently unable to accept orders that are billed or shipped to destinations outside of the United States. Please review your state law before purchasing. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds unless your product is damaged or defective upon arrival. It is very important to us that you are thrilled with your product and happy with your Rancho experience. If you have any questions or concerns about your items upon receiving them, please send an email to email@example.com .
By purchasing on our site, you agree to inspect your shipment for defects within five (5) days of receiving and notify us of any defects by email. Your failure to inspect and notify us of defects within five (5) days of receiving shipment shall result in the product being deemed irrevocably accepted by you. Should you discover any defect which renders your product defective or damaged, please, please notify us within five (5) days of receiving shipment by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please also photograph any damaged items and include these photos in your email with a brief description of the damage or problem, your name, order number, and request a return. Thank you! We will go to great lengths to ensure your satisfaction. The return will be initiated upon receiving this request, and shipping instructions will follow. Upon receiving your defective product, we will inspect it and determine if it is acceptable for replacement. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If your shipment value is over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Any disputes will be handled in the EU.
